A personally designed assessment and exercise programme aimed to improve your golf performance and prevent injury.
Most golfers will either suffer a back injury or be restricted in playing golf due to back, neck, shoulder, elbow or wrist
pain. Improving mobility and muscle balance can help prevent these problems.
Good postural control, spinal mobility and muscle balance will not only improve your swing, but prevent injuries. Video analysis of your body movements can highlight problems and develop an exercise programme to rectify
them.
Jacky Davey, Chris Keevil and Liz Walker have completed specific golf rehabilitation courses and the clinic is affiliated to the Canadian “Get Fit for Golf Programme” specifically designed to improve golfers' performance through improved health.
The programme consists of an in depth analysis of golf swing and body movements, followed by an exercise programme tailored to you alone. It takes place over 2 half hour sessions after which you will be given a disk of the video to play on your home computer, supplemented by an exercise sheet for your reference.
