 Pilates redresses the imbalance of strength and mobility, using a specific regime of mat based exercises in various different body positions. 3way Healthcare run courses of six Pilates classes, progressing from beginner to intermediate. The classes concentrate on precision of movement, enabling the participant to transfer these skills into daily activities and reduce pain and recurrence of injuries.
