Podiatry is the treatment of feet, and foot-related disorders, using biomechanical assessment, insoles and orthopaedic devices. Chiropody is the general care of feet including nail surgery.

Your Practitioner
David McConnon qualified from the University of South Australia in 1994, and completed his Graduate Diploma in Advanced Manipulative Therapy in 1999. With a strong skill base in manual and rehabilitation therapy, he is also qualified in the assessment and fitting of Vasyli orthotics.

Vasyli orthotics are a custom moulded orthotic, variable for every shoe type, at an affordable price. Two appointments are required: one for assessment and prescription, and one for fitting.

The Cost
Orthotic consultations are priced as a normal physiotherapy treatment session. The orthotic devices are custom-made and charged separately.
